Hydraulic Press Brake

Versatility and precision are now affordable and available to all our customers requiring a press brake. The system provides programmability of all ram speeds and positions. When forming large sheets material the powerful yet simple control gives the customer a part efficiently and effectively.

Hi-Definition Plasma Cutting

By using state of the art computer hardware and software technology in plasma arc cutting we are able to cut detail drawings, from ferrous and non-ferrous metals (i.e., steel, stainless steel, aluminum) up to 1" in thickness. The Koike Aronson, Inc model PLP 2500 and Thermal Dynamics model GCM 1000 together give us the ability to quickly and efficiently process and cut shapes, which can be imported or drafted and graphically manipulated, allows us to provide high quality service to a wide range of customers. We use CAD/CAM software, to design, manage, nest and cut parts on our Plasma, and Oxy-Fuel CNC Cutting Machine. We are able to digitally reproduce and plasma cut any drawing from your hand sketch to a finalized computer drawing.

Welding

All our welders are AWS certified. By using the highest standard of welding machines our employees can provide the customer with a consistent level of quality welds on the smallest to the largest quantities of production with a rapid turn around time.  With over 30 welding machines ranging from 250 to 800 amp, we offer various types of ARC welding processes including SAW (Submerged), SMAW (Shielded Metal), GMAW (Gas Metal), FCAW (Flux Cored), and GTAW (Gas Tungsten)

Our in-house trucking and site-work services continues with the same productivity and values that our customers receive at Maeco’s fabrication facility.

Painting and Sandblasting

Valuable services such as sandblasting, painting, and coating adds to the customers project and ensures a complete product when shipped.  Our outside sandblast area is approximately 4 acres.  This process enhances external appearance of the product. Spraying Services have the capabilities to be done onsite. Processes such as anodizing, black oxidizing, hot dipped galvanizing can be easily outsourced.
